Ebid is a fantastic site, the forums are helpful and very friendly, and you can pay using paypal, google checkout and pppay. Indigopig.com will be updated regularly, so look out for new items and special offers, as well as clearance items.

We always try and price postage & packing realistically.

We always try and re-use packaging where possible, as it reduces costs, which can be passed on to customers, as well as being more environmentally friendly.

Customers outside of the UK - we always try and offer the choice of either airmail or surface mail.
Surface mail IS slower for your package to arrive. However, it is substantially cheaper than airmail. We recommend surface mail, unless you require it faster.

We always obtain proof of postage. This ensures your item is insured for upto £36.00.

We always try and package items well, so that they arrive in perfect condition.

We’re always happy to answer questions, include more photo’s, information etc, let us know.

We always try to answer emails promptly, but please leave up to 24 hours for a reply.

DVD’s - all DVD’s sold through Indigopig are region 2 (UK) English, unless marked otherwise. Please ensure you are able to play region 2 (UK) discs before purchase.

The purchaser is responsible for any import taxes, or other local taxes and relevant paperwork.

All items will be sent via Royal mail or parcel courier. Items are not available for collection / delivery unless stated otherwise.

Items will only be posted when payment has cleared. Indigopig is happy to accept paypal, postal orders, cheques, e-cheques and cash from UK buyers. Rest of world - paypal, pppay or e-cheques only please (we can accept checks drawn from U.S banks in dollars - please email us first).

If you are collecting a ‘collection only’ item, please ensure your payment method has cleared or you are paying cash on collection.

Refunds are available if an item has been ‘miss-sold’.

For ‘lost in post’ items, your item has been insured for up to £36
